Surat Utang (SU)

Apa itu surat utang?

merujuk wikipedia, saya peroleh pengertian Surat Utang Negara (SUN) sebagai berikut:

"Surat Utang Negara (SUN) adalah surat berharga yang berupa surat pengakuan utang yang dijamin pembayaran bunga dan pokoknya oleh negara RI sesuai masa berlakunya. SUN digunakan oleh pemerintah antara lain untuk membiayai defisit APBN serta menutup kekurangan kas jangka pendek dalam satu tahun anggaran."

Kenapa saya tiba-tiba menyebut term SUN ini? Hal ini tidak lain karena saya baru saja membaca artikel di detik.com tentang unjuk rasa para pegawai PHK oleh Bakrie Life yang meminta uang pesangon mereka dibayarkan. Mereka menengarai bahwa perusahaan berdalih tidak punya uang untuk membayarkan pesangon pegawai dan memberika Surat Utang (SU) sebagai jaminan pembayaran pesangon mereka.

Yang ingin saya garis bawahi adalah mengenai term SU itu sendiri. Bukan mengenai permasalahan pegawai dengan perusahaan Bakrie. Saya ingin mempertanyakan tentang validitas SU dan jangka waktu berlakunya. Ada dua hal yang ingin saya pertanyakan:

1. jika jangka waktu pembayaran seperti tertulis dalam SU sudah habis dan perusahaan masih belum membayarkan jaminan pembayaran gaji, bagaimana nasib pembayaran gaji yang tertangguh tersebut? apakah hangus, tidak memperoleh pembayaran sama sekali, atau ada cara lain pemegang SU bisa memperoleh pembayaran haknya?

2. jika seorang pegawai meninggalkan perusahaan, dia masih mempunyai gaji yang belum terbayarkan oleh perusahaan. Perusahaan hanya menjanjikan akan berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk segera melunasi hutang pembayaran gaji tanpa memberikan SU kepada pegawai. Bagaimanakah nasib hak gaji pegawai tersebut jika kemudian hari perusahaan belum juga melunasi pembayaran dalam waktu yang relatif lama?

Mungkin rekan-rekan yang sempat mampir dan membaca tulisan ini bisa memberikan pencerahan kepada saya.

Mobile Person in A Day

Finally, I've visited this place.

In one day, I had been in so many places.
To be exact, last saturday I became a mobile person.
I moved from Dongdaemun, Myeongdong, and Namsan Tower.




At 11 AM, Me, Ovi and Antun-sister departed from my dormitory to catch a bus. First, we intended to meet ovi's friend by using a bus. However, the intended bus didn't go through our area. So, we changed the route and took a subway instead. After that, we executed the next plan.

We moved to Dongdaemun to buy a dark fabric for covering some plants in Ovi and Antun-sister's lab. If I can say, the condition inside Dongdaemun is same as 'Tanah Abang'. It is crowded, full of many stores and even the seller's character are quite similar, cruel. However, at last we already got what we needed.



A dark fabric had been obtained, so we moved on to Namsan Tower. But, we decided to go to Italian restaurant, named RIMINI, in Myeongdong first because we already felt hungry. We ordered pizza, rissoto, and pasta with baked bread on top. After fulfilling our hungry stomach, we went to Namsan Tower and rode cable car there.



It was an exciting experience. We could see a city scenery and also a colorful leaves tree from top.
I will upload some pictures I took next time. There will be also some pictures from Teddy Bear museum (hint: Princess Hours ^_^)
